Text editor is broken and cannot be fixed

Text editor in history->biography section of my character become broken in M16 and it still broken nowadays. What happened: cursor displaying in the same position no matter what I'm writing, so I can't see bottom of the text at all. Text selection works, but I can't see what I'm selecting. Maybe this bug associated with Ctrl+Z combination, because it moves cursor in other position. Here are the video with demonstration of this bug:

    Any updates? My text editor in history section still broken and I don't know how to fix it.

    Use a word processor or similar. Cut and paste into the bio field.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    I've re-escalated the issue though it likely won't get top priority due to other game issues that have a higher impact on the gameplay.

    Your priority is the Knox Boxes and future zen promotions...
    This is but a text box... Even some junior developer should be able to fix this!

    They don't have any junior developers. They laid a bunch off and everyone got promoted (on paper) to fill the voids.
