suggestion; the masterwork ring which gives you outgoing healing

in NeverwinterPreview - Feedback/General Discussion
the ring's bonus is giving 5% outgoing healing to its user, so healers would like to buy it but the stats of it is giving accuracy and combat advantage so the stats are realy useless for healers.

    Crit Strike/Crit severity would be much better stats on a "healer" ring.
