Celestial weapons for Bard are not obtainable

As the title says. They are missing in the campaign vendor (Path of the Fallen campaign) and they are not in the lootable of ZCM so there is no way to get them at the moment.

Is this intended?

    No campaign store weapons are available for Bards and so many posts made but no comment from developers still, i simply think they dont know how to fix it and its obvious they dont actually play the game in any capaicity.

    Feedback on Bard campaign store weapons has been previously passed along but no update or new information is available at this time.
