A House In Need Quest

The quest for A House In Need from Sgt. Knox is being offered to Level 11 players. It's too early.

I can accept the quest and travel to the Vallenhas Estate, but it is for IL 26,000.
My bard at level 11, with what the game provides is IL 11,000.

    I made a new character a few hours ago and a got this quest on level 2. I picked it up together with the Training Days quest.

    You get the Ashen Battlefield/go talk to Gen Sabine early only she won't talk to you until you hit 20.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.
