WONDROUS BAZAR RENAME TOKEN BUGED! NEED FIX ASAP - THX

i just recently bought a rename token from the wondrous bazar...double clicked it and nothing happend.....wasted 300k ADs

This needs to be fixed asap.

    Now.. I never used one of those, but at a guess:
    When you click on it you only enable a name change. The actual namechange happens elsewhere, most likely in the character select screen.

    Just guessing, but worth a try?

    That sounds rtight. My hubby changed a characters name once. Im sure thats how he did it.

    Yes, using the item applies the token to your account, and you are then supposed to go to the Character Select screen to actually change the character's name (as changing it while logged it could potentially increase the likelihood of things breaking).

    I did all the things you guys wrote the last years when i decided to change character names. The only difference was the Zen Market where the token was used to be bought.
    - its not new to me ;)

    But for now...its just buged and this needs to be adressed because wasting 300k AstralDiamonds for nothing is a big joke.

    Just ran into this problem as well, though in Xbox after todays' emergency maintenance. Spent 225k with the VIP discount on 1 Rename from the Wondrous Bazaar, for my Bard. Checked my inventory, used the item, and I was told I was granted one name change token (or whatever the proper name was). But no item exists in my inventory, and returning to the character select screen (after multiple game closes and log-ins since) does not make the option appear.
