Holy Lag Batman!!!

Look, I'm in Australia, so my ping is always high.

But since the release of Mod21, the lag in some zones is absolutely CRAZY and makes the game almost unplayable.

For example, Vallenhas. up to 50 people in an instance. But as soon as you have more than 30, it is HUGELY laggy.

If you aim is to make it near impossible for people to ACTUALLY play. Well done, you're absolutely getting there.

    The change to the Vallenhas cap was reported to the devs on Discord the day the module launched. It's astounding it wasn't addressed LAST week.

    I was lagging through IWD too. More than 30 people on the instance. I was on my Bard. As a result rather than having a nice neat path through the fog of war, I have dots. It looks like I've teleported around the map.

    Doing the quest "lighting the pass", I get to each of the beacons, wait 5 seconds to be able to interact to put the remorhaz bile in, then wait twice as long for the sparkles to go away, and move to the stone on the side, wait 5 seconds before I can interact, rinse and repeat at the next beacon.

    My ping was below 300 (which is a good ping for me!).

    @nitocris83 Can the instance caps please be reviewed? pretty please!

    iirc IWD has always been one of the worst to suffer lag when things aren't going well.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    I'm here in South Africa and i have found at times the Protector's Enclave is very laggy as well as the summer festival.. And now can i see my ping?
