Can't complete Horror's Revisited Weekly

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
Everytime i have tried to do this weekly i get to the end where it says i have to talk to the guy in new sharandar. I go through the portal. Then it completely resets the quest and tells me to enter the Illefarn Ruins. Tried this 3 times now, but it does the same thing everytime.

    Are you going through the portal that spawns next to Etrien? We are aware that the waypoint indicated by the quest is incorrect and have escalated it.

    No i wasn't. I was following the waypoint. Thx for the help. This allowed me to complete it.

    What a hamster waste of time this quest is . Did it twice cause first time wasn’t able to turn in , reset , and same second time . Do you guys actually own a PS4? Does anyone ever test this <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> out ? This has really ticked me off . 40 minutes wasted for this hamster <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>
