New Butterfly Companion Not Rendering Properly - SOLVED because I am an idiot

Ticket Number #534557. Support sent me here. The ticket is closed. The issue is not.
The new Butterfly companion that I received from the new Ensorcelled Lockbox is not rendering properly for me. The middle parts of its wings are completely missing.
Not only is the active companion not rendering properly, neither is the animated image in the tooltip. I also checked it on the Mimic preview server, and my Butterfly is incomplete there as well.
I do not believe this is a problem with my computer or my game settings, as I asked several fellow guild members to come look at my active Butterfly companion in-game, and they all could see the same missing wing segments as I do.
