It would be nice if you cut the respawn of the King of Spines and Tyrant to 30 min. More often than not, there is only one instance of each zone, and the wait on these for this quest is merciless.
I have to say I agree with this. I've completed the Chult campaign before when it was a new map on my CW at the time and then we had something like 10, 15 or so instances from memory all open at once. Maybe more, probably more, it was along time back, but there was a long list of open instances anyway. The timers were set to reflect this and work in harmony with this. After that for a long time I used to hang out in Omu between queues because it used to be my fave location to be (still is sometimes), this was quite a while after it was new and still it had many instances open concurrently. Now I have gotten off my backside and am doing it right now as we speak for the boons on my current Cleric and I can confirm that there is only one instance open of each, sometimes 2 but mostly 1. Obviously the timers have not changed. Part of my weeklies atm are being required to do one heroic in Soshenstar, there are only 2 I can do, KoS and the camp one, when there is only one instance open and you have to wait for a heroic to happen and it takes an eternity and this is not how it was designed to be. The timer was set with many instances in mind not just the one or two. The wait is very painful and I could be off doing other things I need to do, our time is valuable. This campaign keeps attracting players moving up the ladder so while there are less people there than in it's heyday, there are still players who are required to complete heroics there as part of the game design. @nitocris83 might we be able to reduce the timer on them in both Soshenstar and Omu maps considering the new players still have to do these and have no choice?

Problem that Sybella heroics quests have is that nearly every module had a different way of handling them. Some are up all the time (Underdark and SKT) others are on one hour timers (Chult and Barovia) River District is affected by player action. Icewind Pass is theoretically every 20 minutes but riddled with bugs and Dwarven Valley is a big question mark.

Well of Dragons has the best method imo. A set time that everybody knows.
