My husband just lost a Dark 15 when trying to open his choice pack. He is pissed. I don't know where to submit a ticket for him. It was on his toon Khelbyn Stormlegion. Psn is @ThrugThrug. He is feeling done with the game.
Really still no help on this? This is why people quit playing this game. That is AD out of his pocket. Guess you really don't give a rats butt about your player base.

They are not able to help you with things like this in the forums, you have to go through support to get it rectified. There is a support button at the top of the page of the forums. This link : https://support.arcgames.com/hc/en-us/
Silence is never golden in a forum where users are asking for help...while the reply of rickcase276 is welcome to the OP, it is so very sad that an actual representative of Arc/Cryptic/NW wasn't able to do something as simple as reply with an email link for support
Well, they don't really take customer support particularly seriously. I believe some of the people do but the company as an entity doesn't which means that those individuals that would like to help are seriously hindered by a culture that opposes such instincts.
However, there is a right & wrong way for 'end users' to report problems with individual accounts and that starts with filing for a support ticket at the link provided above by rickcase.
Once you have that ticket number you can post it here with a comment and it is much easier for forum staff to chase the support team about it.
If you don't file for a ticket, you can be pretty certain nothing will be done (unless someone relatively high up decides to make it a personal quest) @nitocris83
