I tried TIC today after the adjustments, and now the tank check does almost no damage. The damage was around 10-15k per tick. While it was way too much before, this adjustment has gone a bit too far the other way. Perhaps a balance between the two might be good.
Seem to me they forgot a "0" somewhere. it seem to me it should be 100-150k. (they say Hellfire Engine: Overcooked now deals a reasonable amount of damage.) 10-15k is to low.
You're happy just shows how easy players like content and that's why you have so few Tank's and Healer's in the game, since you can do anything with 4 or 5 DPS. And the question that remains, for what scale or change of combat?
We have few tanks in game cuz you play dps and come here comment on a problem you dont know... I bet you are 1 of the guys that play Mirage weapon + elol set have all cap at 90% cuz as dps you can cap all offensive... tanks cant... make a tank play the game as tank then come here and tell me we dont have tank cuz the content is easy. or cuz its not fun being a tank and dont have survivability .
I'm bummed to hear they reduced the damage and stand by my earlier comment that this had been become a fun challenge with the damage increase relative to where it was when combat changes rolled out. I'll have to see how it feels now, but my initial reaction to this change is disappointment... sad to me that folks want to see content be made easy instead of adapting their play to meet the challenge.
Also, shouldn't this post be moved to 'Player Feedback'?
sigh IC nerfed again. 1st boss 2nd boss were fine, it was only the 3rd boss mechanic that did an absurdly high damage that needed a fast proactive and reactive healer.
such a waste of mechanics. with this HAMSTER damage last boss has just become a sponge for dps to play with.
