Butterfly Bilethorn Enchantment wrong Item Level assigned at Ranks 9-14

Buttefly Bilethorn Enchantments Rank 9-14 all have the wrong Item Level assigned..

Butterfly Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 9 Item Level: 75 and 5.63 damage
Butterfly Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 10 Item Level: 90 and 6.75 damage
Butterfly Bilethorn Enchantmenr, Rank 11 Item Level: 105 and 7.88 damage
Butterfly Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 12 Item Level: 120 and 9 damage
Butterfly Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 13 Item Level: 135 and 10.13 damage
Butterfly Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 14 Item Level: 150 and 11.25 damage

Expected Values of Butterfly Bilethorn do not match Bilethorn Enchantment. Bilethorn values are below:

Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 8 Item Level: 200 and 15 damage
Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 9 Item Level: 300 and 22.5 damage
Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 10 Item Level: 400 and 30 damage
Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 11 Item Level: 500 and 37.5 damage
Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 12 Item Level: 600 and 45 damage
Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 13 Item Level: 700 and 52.5 damage
Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 14 Item Level: 800 and 60 damage


Damage on Enchantments are tied to Item Level formula (Item Level Value X 0.075 Enchantment Value) Please adjust Butterfly Bilethorn Ranks 9-14 Item Levels to the following values:

Butterfly Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 9: Expected Value: 300 Actual Value: 75
Butterfly Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 10: Expected Value: 400 Actual Value: 90
Butterfly Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 11: Expected Value: 500 Actual Value: 105
Butterfly Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 12: Expected Value: 600 Actual Value: 120
Butterfly Bilethorn Enchantment, Rank 13: Expected Value: 700 Actual Value: 135
Butterfly Bilethorn Enchantment, RAnk 14: Expected Value: 800 Actual Value: 150

    can't believe they haven't even acknowledged this

    you guys literally sold this for real money, at least say something

    it's bugged and doing less dmg than normal bilethorn, it's not a visual bug

    This is definitely not intentional, and will be addressed in a later patch.

    are they also meant to be bound to account? you can buy the title on the ah but not the enchant?

    Yes, would really love to hear the intent with the binding status! Meant to be bound or no? And if so, can it be reclaimable please? The last account wide weapon enchant didn't get a rework and is terrible, this would be a great replacement!

    This is the other account wide weapon enchant that was offered without an update.

    My guess.... somebody messed up ....maybe put the "BTA" on the wrong item, the enchant instead of the title. Wouldn't surprise me.

    Hoping for improvements...

    I am also interested in this. The Butterfly Bilethorn was not advertised as bound to account. @cryptic39#8917 Is it possible to get clarification for this?

    Blog was updated to reflect account-bound status of the enchant. We are working on the item level/stats issue.

    Why allways all the "corrections" and mistakes in the blog posts are bad for players?

    Next time do something different, advertise the pack and then give an extra item as surprise!

    Could you bring the option of it being reclaimable to the team. As I mentioned above, the only account wide weapon enchant that has been sold in the zen store didn't get a rework and is garbage with it's item level 9 and not upgradable. I THINK it came from the Hero of the North pack but it's been a while since I bought it!

    Or, rework the enchant that was forgotten would be cool to cause it's very shiney!

    Are there any further updates on this, because I'd like to start using the enchant I paid for. We're on day 10 of waiting for this to get fixed.

    Forums have an auto mod feature that can remove some posts. I'm watching for today's patch notes to see if there is a fix coming, but there are no patch notes.

    I was hoping to catch the patch notes once the servers went down, but I guess I don't get my weekly Patch Note Digest today. lol.

    New patch and they did not fix this, I promise I will never gonna buy something with real money on this game, we paid for this!

    Is this still broken? The text on the enchantment appears corrected, but it does not seem to be performing properly in game. I don't have a normal bilethorn to compare it to. Anyone else able to compare?
