After Purchasing the limited time Skyblazer companion, I am no longer able to reclaim it

During the limited time offering of the Skyblazer companion, I purchased it. It said it was reclaimable on other characters. I did in fact claim it on a second character for free.

However, after the limited time event expired, I am no longer able to reclaim it on any character.

I was under the impression the limited time part was for purchasing it.

Was this behavior intentional?

Same here. Claimed it on several alts, but cannot claim it on an alt now.

I bought Skyblazer as well and cannot claim. I also bought the Shadow Drake mount from the same promotion, and the mount IS reclaimable.

Just rolled new character and can reclaim all other Z store mount and companions. So something really seems wrong with just Skyblazer.

Thats why I dont buy companions and mounts from the zen market, often (especialy the new ones) they are broken and dont work properly.
Waste of money IMO

new year's boar has the same issue as while i purchased it back in february, no other character can reclaim it when it's supposed to have that ability. the one that did got a bind on account version and no other character has seen it since. i would assume it would be like the mythic and account bound legendary mounts how its handled. so you may need to look into that one. the royal winter sled has no problem showing up for other characters in the zen marker though when i bought that so i find it strange the boar which was promised in the zen store to be reclaimable on other characters isn't

Mount in Zen store's Mount section has been account wide since the beginning. Note that: under mount section. If it is purchased from different section, it is handled differently and may not be account wide.

Companion in Zen store was not account wide until recently. It does not work correctly right from the start (of allowing it to be account wide) and it is still not working correctly.

Mythic and account wide legendary mount from lockbox is handled totally different from Zen store mount (under mount section).
Former, you reclaim from claim agent.
Latter, you reclaim from Zen store.

New year's boar was not from Zen store. It was from the Festival Vendor.

Today, 1/3/21, still not reclaimable. The character I wanted to claim the Skyblazer on has now hit lvl 80 and begun the Avernus campaign. Since Skyblazer is clearly connected to the campaign, I was hoping perhaps it would be available then, but that does not appear to be the case.

I've been checking every couple of days, but not posting.

Skyblazer still not available for reclaim as of 1/25/2021.

I paid for this companion for its tankiness, and right now, after combat changes, I desperately need it. Instead, I very much feel robbed.

This bug was up before the Mod 19.9 Combat Changes, and reported repeatedly. Instead, no replies on it in months.

Skyblazer Companion still not available for reclaim. I know there's a lot of other stuff happening, but this broke before all of that and is still not addressed.

Just an acknowledgement would go a long way.

I know that there's a lot going on for Sharandar, but I'm choosing to bump now because I believe the same issue that happened to our Skyblazers is now affecting Soradiel now that it's no longer in the Z store.

The Skyblazer companion is still not available for reclaim as advertised via Z store or Rewards Agent.
