You can no longer hold more than one Ring of Bel on a single character. Attempting to do so brings an error, this has only changed since the latest patch today.
1. Attempt to move Ring of Bel +3/+4 to any character or storage already holding one of the same item
"You may only have one of a unique item"
These items are account bound.
Expected result - Should be able to hold multiples of +3/+4 Rings of Bel on any single character.
Possibly related change;
"Ring of Fallen Power +3" has changed from account bound to unbound (which is a good thing) since the latest patch.
Unsure if these changes are intended but worth checking Vallenhas item conditions for changes.
Edit: This is effecting many other rings from Avernus, namely +3/+4 rings
Ring of Fallen Power +4
Ring of the Brutal Fiend +4

This is the text of the support ticket I sent:
I receive two messages when Painkiller Jane attempts to take the items from the email:
[Error] Your inventory is full.
[Error] You may only have one of a unique item.
Painkiller Jane's inventory is not full, and there is nothing in overflow either, so I don't know why it's saying her inventory is full. I also don't understand why any of these items would be considered unique, like a quest that you pick up and have to click from your inventory to initiate. They're just rings, and all four of them are account bound. The four items are as follows:
(2) Ring of the Brutal Fiend +5
(1) Ring of the Fallen Power +5
(1) Tailor's Lace Ring
I tried to take these items back into my main's (Rheylin Sark) inventory, but he receives the same error messages, so these items are now irretrievably stuck in limbo in my in-game email.
especially the change for items like the avernus ring of the fallen power +5 from bound to account to bound to account bind to character on equip. this was not in patch notes. is this intended? @nitocris83
the game was progressing toward alt friendly and these rings were alt friendly and helped to play other classes. was just starting to play other toons. very disappointing.
