Black Ise Horse STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY

necromanceheronecromancehero Member Posts: 26 Arc User
Greetings!
It was a long time ago.
But I started this discussion
https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter/#/discussion/1256827/black-ice-horse-still-not-working-properly
And I would like to inform you that the problems of this horse have not gone away since the last update.
Namely:
Firstly. Horse combat skill ignores player accuracy.
Subsequently, parry in 50% of cases

Secondly.
A mount’s combat skill has an average Critical strike chance of around 20-30%.
And something strange is happening with the Critical Severity.

I suspect that mount has its own personal ratings.
It would be nice if the fighting ability of the horse still took player ratings, like most other mounts.
Thanks for your attention!

Most of the mounts have this problem, this has been reported multiple times but still no proper fix. The main problem is, as you said, those mount powers damage formula is not based on players stats, so it can still get deflected or it will have low crit chance even if we have necessary stat caps.

Blackice Warhorse, Legendary Carpet of Flying, War Triceratops, Armored Bulette and many others have this problem, I think it might have something to do with mounts who have been created before mod 16, maybe they did not update the damage formulas of these mounts. Mounts like Crystalline Warhorse, Legendary Giant Toad work properly. Maybe damage formulas should be looked into and compared.

One other thing that I noticed is, all those bugged mount powers floating damage numbers are referred as "Created Entities". If you go to Options -> Interface -> HUD and if you turn off the "Show created-entity floaters", you will not see those bugged mount power damage numbers. You can see mount powers that work properly with this option turned off. So this is another clue that mounts powers are categorized differently, it could be useful for investigating this issue.

@noworries#8859 @nitocris83 Perhaps someone from our valiant development team will at least write about this?
Something like: "We are working on this", "We are aware of this problem"?
It's just that this problem has existed for a long time and so far no answers from the developers have been seen.
Many people have paid real money for these mounts.
I apologize in advance if the answer to a similar topic has already been given somewhere.
