Blood war promo pack

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
My father and I have our profiles on each others xboxs. He claimed the promo on his gamertag then I went on my xbox to claim it on mine but it wont let me. It says already purchased on the xbox store but in game no promo claim. Tried on his console with my tag and same thing not there. How do i get it on my tag

    Having same problem my brother got it but when I tried to get it it said owned yet I dont have the 200 zen nor can I get the bag for rewards claim we both have each other gamer acc on each others xbox cuz we share xbox gold

    Exact same problem here, sharing my xbox to my brother xbox. He's the one who downloaded it on his xbox and he received te reward but then, when I look up at the promo on my xbox it say I already have it. Yet I can't claim the reward in-game (it is not showing up at all actually from the reward claim agent). I opened up a ticket...hope it will help me out.

    It allowed me to claim it via the Microsoft store on my phone. That's the solution to the problem.

    Sadly, this is still not working for me. I tried everything, from Pc, phone, tablet and the link you posted. it always say I already have this product and I can't download it. :(

    Edit: Someone, somewhere, resolved my issue, and I know it is not from my side. Thank you guys for the help (more likely Zaaerus from my ticket). :)
