Hello, my name is Rebecca. My PS4 name is dragonlover72 and the character name is Aiyana Strongbow. On August 3rd ish at approximately 12am I went to the auction house and for 4,500,000 Astral Diamonds I purchased the mount entitled Infernal War Machine-Account. The purchase was successful and I claimed and bound it to the above character. I am unable claim the War Machine on any other character.

    I also have this same problem. So far support told me to come to forums and forums is saying to go to support. Please help me get my account bound war machine to appear at claims agent. twitch.tv/videos/762642829 you will be able to see.
