Storm King's Thunder Campaign token bug

The Storm King's Thunder store doesn't register the completion of campaign tasks if you unlock them through the purchase of a Storm King's Thunder Campaign Completion Token.
Steps to see the bug:
Purchase Storm King's Thunder Campaign Completion
Complete all tasks
View the campaign store

Expected result:
Should be able to access all items that had campaign task requirement locks on them
Actual result:
Items with campaign task requirements, such as the Rusted Oathkeeper items, are still locked despite the campaign task being unlocked through the token purchase.

Other notes:
The toon I am trying to purchase the item on has all the other requirements (1000 roninblod onhand). the tooltip states that "Drive Back the Giants campaign task" needs to be completed.My other toon which I completed the campaign on through gameplay does not experience this same problem, leaving me to assume it is an issue from using the token.

Did you complete the intro/story quests for the campaign? Buyouts don't complete those quests.

Thanks for replying, but yes, I went through and completed all the intro/story quests (every quest with yellow font), still doesn't allow access.

I have Issues with the campaign completion aswell. I bought the completion token and completed every yellow Quest in all areas including sea of moving ice, but still I don't get the weekly in sea of moving ice. I had the Quest once as a yellow Quest to get the weapons, so everything was fine, but I never got the blue weekly one. Support said that is it part of Game-Experience to find out how to get certain Quests... ANd then it was marked as solved... I have completed the whole campaign on multiple toons without the token and for them everything works fine.

I did not buy the campaign completion token. I finished the the entire campaign the old fashion way, before the token was even available for it. It gives me the same message for buying the armor.

Good to see I'm not the only one that's having an issue and it's not a misstep on my part. Hope they fix this soon.

If it is about the equipment, I believe they were turned off intentionally so that new player would not fall into the trap to spend the time/resource to restore these "out-dated" equipment and got upset. In addition, one of its main feature has been removed from the game. I forget the name and it is something to counter the "frosting" damage which is now gone. I finished the campaign old fashion way. I also cannot buy it now and see the same red message. I bought them before and restored them when the module came out.

Edit: the name is "everfrost resist".

@nitocris83 Still not fixed. I paid specifically for these armor pieces. Why am I not being given what I paid for?
