Extremely Annoying Forum Posting and Commenting Bug

I've been running into a bug nearly every time I've tried to post or comment in forum threads over the last few days. It might be responsible for why fewer people than normal are posting in official feedback threads like the one for the mythic mount update.
The bug makes it so the forum thread stops letting me scroll down and the post comment button runs so far off screen you can't post. I get the bug whenever I try to copy paste something into a comment or tab out and back in again. If the comment is short enough, I can still see the post comment button, but after it passes a certain length, I can't see the post comment button anymore.
