Auction Posting Fees VIP

Good afternoon,

It appears that even though I have VIP I am being required to pay the posting fee for the auction house. This appeared after the patch.
I did not see an update regarding this in the patch notes, and the VIP description in game includes the removal of fees as part of VIP.

    same on xbox and if this is on purpose I'm filled with righteous indignation over it. I will refrain from a long rant until I know it's not just a bug. we've paid real money for a service. changing it after the fact is bait and switch. not cool. I literally did pay money for it on pc just a month or so back.

    The "no posting fee" is still in my in game VIP description. It should be a bug instead of ninja bait and switch nerf.

    +1 same problem for me, I'm VIP 12. My Alliance chat is going crazy about this. @nitocris83

    Ouch they did say they wanted to change up VIP but taking away needs replacement of something else. Maybe higher ad cap to compensate. Unfortunately the AH is used by non legitimate players and does hurt the community. Maybe have it free for so many auctions a day or week then fees after the free are used up but higher level VIP gets more auctions free

    If that is intentional, they did not communicate it well and did not do it well. I doubt it is intentional and they fully know what the consequence will be if they do not handle this carefully with a well thought plan especially after the fire/rage they got with a 'may be' hint of touching VIP during CDP.

    A few of the VIP perks are not wai at the moment

    We are also investigating additional VIP issues.

    are we getting our AD back? we posted bIindIy without noticing the bug, i Iost 500k and had to take down the saIe, obviousIy no one was gonna buy the mount for 25m AD, :p but stiII shouIdnt be pusnished for not noticing a bug, when having r12 VIP

    I upgraded an epic Tenser's Disc to legendary and I don't see anywhere the Tenser's transformation combat power - does the epic one have a different combat power than the legendary one? Or is it simply broken?

You can reference which power a particular mount has by looking at the collections entry by pressing Ctrl + J and clicking the Mounts section.

    took item off of auction.... lost 220k, now cant equip legendary mount collar but could before i posted on ah.... and put in my bank and reloaded char and now i can......

    I lost over 9mil. It was 6mil at first but some told me to take stuff down & repost it. He said it worked for him but it just took another 3mil. So upset now. Forgot to add I'm vip 12

    Same problem here. I know they know about the issue, but what about the AD we are losing in the meantime? Some things do not always sell... you post a legitimate price and then people post under you so you have to relist or not sell... posting fees! I am a small seller (not in the millions prices), but I rely on the AH for some AD. Level 12 VIP and this is not right. Just adding my 2 AD worth.

    It's hurting people who buy because, at least on PS4, A LOT of people have stopped posting things for sale. Seen things today that normally have many multiples of 100's of that item for sale down to under 99 now and this has caused the price to nearly double due to demand.

    I open a lot of boxes and sell most of it but haven't listed a thing since this started which means all my inventory are almost full now which means I am no longer opening boxes (read as buying keys) so even NW is losing out.

    My AH experience in PC is opposite. I have been getting 'deal' in AH for the stuff I was looking for. Couple things were even all time low (since I has been tracking).

    I would like to know if I have to create a ticket in support, or if the AD removed by taking down my auction last week will be restored automatically?
    This REALLY needs an official answer.

    Cryptic has proven that they can put time & effort into analyzing server-data when finding all those nasty exploiters in Barovia, sooo it shouldn't really be a problem to run a search against all fees incurred from AH takedowns, and return them to their rightful owners?

    That means that non-VIP gets it back as well, but it's the easiest alternative I assume?

    What is NOT ok, is just being silent on the matter.
    It has been one week now, and not a single word as to what will happen with that AD...
