The Bleeding Citadel weekly challenge did not give the 600 Zariel's favors reward #276,599 Ticket ID

Obtained 6 maps in total after new content release and none of them have gone towards the Weekly Challenge to locate 5 treasure maps , after digging up all 6 maps it still shows as 0/5 for that particular weekly challenge. In game ticket submitted #276,599 so hoping that went through as a bug report?

As this weekly challenge goes towards my personal milestone I am down 600 Zariel's favors , already spoke with a GamesMaster who said they would send for further investigation, however I think this needs looking at asap

Quick update although I do still wish this to be investigtated please as I did lose out on the favors and so am now literally having to re-do alot to gain those 600;

So, after submitting the bug report and posting here I logged back into the game on the same character, decided to go hunt more maps and just screenshot maps shown in inventory , after use, and then the weekly campaign page too and lo & behold the 7th and 8th map have now finally contributed towards the weekly challenge , so it now shows 2/5 for the treasure maps challenge

Final update from me on this one, so after 8/9 hours I was back on said character checked my The Redeemed Citadel campaign and noticed that weekly challenge had a green check next to it and I now had 800 + Zariel's Favors, hadn't obtained any more maps nothing but somehow it finally resolved itself, that's some lag bug right there

I assume you did not do Lair of Lostmauth.

Did spellplague today with no credit. (Haven’t run lostmauth yet. Also note that I didn’t run either for months, so I didn’t trigger the getting in too early bug)

I logged in today and I tried again to get the 600 favors by opening 5 maps. I had done about 8 earlier in the week and I did not get credit so I thought I would try again. I had just 5 left over and I opened all 5 and still the weekly shows that this quest is available and it did not credit me the 600 or show that I opened any maps.
I defeated more mobs and got more maps but not sure when I should try again to open for the weekly quest! Please advise

Today , I was not able to get favors ( for demon kill of 200) I have not tried maps. I had only 200 or so favors so it is not an issue with max currency. Waiting to see if it is ok. I submitted an in game ticket. and was so surprised with the incredibly quick response. I was asked to submit the issue as a bug report so I am doing so. I wish to express my appreciation to
GM Ehdione Game Master for the help provided

I ran Epic Spell plague dungeon today and got the 600 points.

Epic Spellplague Caverns was removed in Mod 6. Right now we have Spellplague Caverns (Master) and Spellplague Caverns which is the leveling dungeon.

Just did the 5 maps, shows as complete but did not give favors. The first section , 200 demons and maps are bugged.
