after the scaling had hit the game, vansi bloodscar (3rd boss in cloak tower) fight has become too long to kill him. i just wanted to point this out as no other regular dungeons have this issue as far as i observed.
lower your IL to the max for the dungeon. The fight is easy then. It's dumb and seems weird but that is how the scaling works.

Scaling is actively being reworked...and is not fully implemented. We should see a large scaling change in M20
Also Vansi I think is appropriately scaled imo and I think more bosses should be like her. I did cloak tower recently and was actually pleasantly surprised that she actually could go through her mechanics that I remembered that she had when the game was in Beta.
you pretty much have to remove all your gear and companions to get a decent fight out of her. Like i said the scaling is messed up. I mean if you want to stand there and fight for no reason and no reward, whatever. But the HP is too high for at level.
I hope the scaling is reworked but somehow I don't think it will be what it should be. I mean should this fight be a decent fight? for no rewards or nothing at all?

I'm 27k+ iL, I don't take off gear to exploit the scaling system. She's just fine for me, takes about 2 minutes to solo. I really don't see what the issue is.

Its not an Exploit. it is how the game is designed. So you NEVER change any gear at all for any dungeon? None. you refuse to utalize a +3% damage ring because another ring you have has a Higher IL is that what you are saying? You are saying that no matter what, you HAVE to wear the same gear for EVERYTHING because...um you are exploiting the game to use the most powerful gear for each dungeon?
Take TONG for example, There are alot of stackable +undead modifiers out there. Why would I not use those even though they are lower IL than my master Striker rings or other gear, why would I not use the modifiers for more damage just because their IL is lower?
The game is designed to use your most powerful gear to beat each dungeon. If you are most powerful with lower equipment, then that is how the game is designed.

Yeah, too much HP for such a Low level dungeon. I tried it with others. I forgot the amount of HP we tallied it having but it was not worth it at all

@merik1999 There is a big difference between exchanging gear to be more effective against certain enemy types, and with flat out removing gear to game the system into giving you more stats. I'm sure @nitocris83 could verify for us that would be an exploit, or at least not what is considered to be intended behavior in regards to scaling. Flat out removing gear so you are instead upscaled and thus given more stats than what you started with.
