Disappearing bullette pup

Today I noticed while running dungeons. My bullette pup kept disappearing. I had to keep summoning it numerous times. Is this a known issue since mod 19 release or something else.

    Is this just running dungeons or when regular questing? Does it happen in specific areas of dungeons like bridges or inclines?

    I have seen this happen occasionally. Sometimes when I switch to a new area my summoned companion (bullette pup) just disappears, but I have not found a way to trigger this.
    Hoping for improvements...

    sorry just seen this message, been checking daily but nothing has showed up here. anyways it was happening no matter where I was at. but mainly noticed it while running dungeons more often. I would summon it and then a short time later it would disappear. summon it back just to keep repeating the process. I only noticed it with the Bullette Pup.

    I have had it happen as a very rare occurrence in Epic Demagorgon, where getting out of agro range to resummon is difficult. However it's perhaps one in twenty runs or more, so not that problematic for me.
    (It usually trips when I first burst through the glass ball to begin battle; I'm alone.)
