insurgencies encounters Vallenhas

in Bug Reports (PC)
A lot of times this morning when i enter the red portal in stronghold Vallenhas there aren't mobs. Also the red portal in the encounter area doesn't pop. I was searching for the bug report below the escape button but it isn't there anymore :/. So i couldn't report while i was in that area. I hope u look into this.

    if you type /bug into the chat window it should pop the bug report window up.

    Sunshine SaltmineIs only game, why you have to be so buttmad?
