Hell Pit Bug

I'm unable to pick up 'The Hell Pit' quest. It says 'You have the quest active on another character.' I've never played the quest on another character. It worked fine last time event was around in 2019.

    Any ETA on when this bug will be fixed? Will the people who have this bug be able to compete in event this week?

    This issue was fixed on Friday, May 8. Are you still experiencing it?

    I was still experiencing this issue.

    Frozen ,, had to use stuck command several times. Lag and then you finally enter into red . Way worse than last year. Guess it is one more thing I will not do. not sure if there is any point in most of this stuff anymore. To much is broken , no fun to be had
