1) Using level 80 Paladin 2) Let health fall below 25% 3) Gain Critical Touch by using melee attack 3) Cast Divine Touch with Timely Touch slotted in Class Feature on self or any player below 25% health
Expected behavior: Divine Touch should be converting shields to health and giving a much larger heal.
Actual Behavior: Divine Touch is actually casting a very large shield with no health. It appears to be opposite behavior.
Timely Intervention on the Paladin doesn't work properly. Below 25% health it still applies the shield instead of just doubling the healing. I've tried it numerous times and it applies only shields most of the time (no health behind shield). Occasionally it functions properly by not applying the shield only but then just heals for a very small fraction of health. Another Paladin tried it as well and had the same results. I did test it on myself then tested it on other players. It is like they reversed the effects of it.
Well, great....That doesn't encourage me one bit. I just started playing my Paladin this week so I just noticed it. I'm worried it won't get addressed now either. I reported it in game under "Character Problems" and whoever answered the ticket requested me to report it under "Bug Report" in game. The only problem, the "Bug Report" option was removed from the in-game help menu. They then told me to report it here....so far just reporting the problem has been a fiasco for me.......
