2 Indestructible Coils in LoMM

Random queue- LoMM, got to the Coils phase in Trobriand, 2 coils were destroyed, 2 coils stayed at 0 hp red.
No blast.
We decided to wipe using -defeat me.
Tried again. Got to the coils phase- the 2 bugged coils from the first run were already at 0 hp and still indestructible.
Tried 3 time. Same as the second try.
We abandoned instance.

Tried to report in game. Could not find - Report bug- after you changed support interface. Where is -Report bug- now in game?
Not at character problem, not at account problem, not quest problem , not item problem where?

    For gameplay issues, we recommend reporting them through the support website.

    Sorry but that logic makes absolutely no sense. Why would gameplay issues not be able to be reported inside of the actual game? Why make anyone go some place else to report a bug. All this does is stop people from reporting issues when they encounter them.
