Weird Frame Delays/Lag, Especially When Inspecting character Sheets - Mod 18

I've been noticing some weird frame delays/lag ever since mod 18 went live. The most noticeable example is everytime I try to inspect someone's character sheet, it takes forever to load and is super laggy as I flip through sheet pages or mouse over items.

    This could be due to the higher population but let us know if it persists throughout this week. Thanks!

    @nitocris83 I don't believe this is due to high server population. It's a FPS issue. @skingdev#1102 Has stated this problem has been verified and a fix is being worked on. Sooooo now conflicting messages.

    This is happening in all the zone even inside dungeons. Very high frame rate drop and lag while inspecting any other players. This is really annoying
