Profession artisan not showing up on list of manage artisans

Lee Darnela, alchemist, does not appear on any list in the manage artisan tab at the master's desk. in the workshop. I can use them when doing professions, but I cannot remove them because they do not appear on any list. I have removed all other alchemists to no avail. Has anyone else had this issue and are there any fixes?

This bug was introduced during the summer festival event (you received a special artisan for that period). It was noted back then, no proper fix yet apparently.

The only workaround is to upgrade your workshop if possible - they will magically appear on the list again. I can confirm this worked for me on the 3 toons that had this issue.

This is the issue that has existed since the end of Summer Festival removed the temporary event artisan.
