[Appearance Library bug] Can't convert weapons to appearence item.

Hello,

I have a serious bug that prevent me from converting any weapon to appearnce item, it says "Your appearance library is full for this slot. Delete some items in your appearance library and try again" and my appearance library for weapons is empty.

    This will be fixed in today's patch.
