Advertised titles for Tales still not being awarded

So I'm wondering if we are going to have any word on this and how it will be rectified, no-one is getting any titles, it is still bugged, there are a lot of upset people. Any idea on how people will get them? Is there a way to go backwards and check who completed the highest tiers even after the event has finished? Or will it be patched before the event is over... People would love to know.

event is over in 2 days, and a whole new big event begins. Any plan to retroactively give these titles or what?
