Tales of Old bugged characters

Since the first version of Tales of Old, there's a bug going on destroying the chance to gain any further coins.
Steps to reproduce it:
1. Talk to cat Bard NPC. After this, the player should have 1 coin.
2. Go in the dungeon solo.
3. Exit the dungeon early (not completing it solo)
The character is bugged for the current and future TOO events and is unable to gain any more coins.
Please fix this before the grand retelling event, otherwise it will be all for nothing.
Also @nitocris83 if you see this, please help me with my two bugged characters (Viperion Nexus@vasile1991 and Viperion Justifer@vasile1991).
The bug is per character, others can gain it fine.
Once bugged, the issue also persists for future events.
The support team will not to do anything, as they claim they are unable to provide us with the missing coin items.
So Juliaaaaa @nitocris83 , a dev is our only hope!

1) Enter the TOO instance all by yourself.
2) Let enemies kill you until you run out of lives.
3) The run fails and you are automatically teleported back to the Enclave.
4) You should now be unbugged. Test with a quick x1 if you are now gaining coins or not.
