Can't purchase "VIP Key Bundle" from Zen Market

Today in the Zen Market there is a new key bundle called "VIP Key Bundle" for some reason it won't allow me to purchase it. I can buy all the other key options and all the VIP options just not this bundle. (And yes enough Zen)

    I thought this was some kind of mistake. I spotted it on my newest level 25ish toon but I also could not purchase it. When I loaded my next toon (a level 80) a minute later, the bundle did not display.

    I wasted £40 on the Zen to buy it to then find out i couldn't buy it, none refundable :'-(

    They always offer key bundles during big events. The one starting later this month will probably offer a nice 50 Key bundle so just hang on.

    Also, the AD exchange rate for Zen right now is really good so, if you have spare Zen you might look into that.

    ever since i came to this game and have stayed that i haven't been able to pull out a legendary mount for how i guess they don't want me to pull one out after i had bought so many keys over the years so frustrating
