The quest "Second Chances" is bugged at the second npc.

Good afternoon. I have been dealing with support on this issue and they requested that I post here.

The quest "Second Chances", from the workshop after you upgrade to level 4, is bugged at the second npc, Dalish, in Caer-Konig.

The npc is not present in the town, so I cannot progress through the quest.

The quest journal, when you enter Caer-Konig, shows a red 'x' on the quest, and the npc is nowhere to be found. Thank you.

    The team is aware of this and is in the pipeline for investigation. I will follow up during today's live review meeting for status.

    Same here on PS4. No Daelish in Caer Konig. Waiting for him to arrive. XD
