    Well you don't need Arc OR Steam to launch the game. Look for Neverwinter in your program files on your C drive (default) and find the "Neverwinter.exe" file. Create a shortcut to desktop and launch away.

    I was able to get into Neverwinter thru it's executable file but not Arc Launcher.

    This may work for some, but for me it's crashes the second I press 'play'.

    As usual, ARC HAMSTER up an update because they cannot test it properly FIRST,. Then they go home for the day and HAMSTER us over...again!!

    Did that and auto-crashed, so this isn't a 100% functional workaround.

    just tried logon, not working, but they now have a message above launcher saying they are aware of logon issues and are working on it. Hopefully sooner than later!

    Arc is actually down. I forwarded the information to the appropriate teams. In the meantime, I invite you to launch directly Neverwinter.exe from (by default) \Program Files (x86)\Neverwinter\Neverwinter_EN\Neverwinter.exe

    Engineers will restore the Arc platform as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Getting the same problem when launching through steam, using the .EXE doesn't work either since it just opens the launcher which i have to log in to

    Back door is no longer working now...hope this is fixed before everyone is home on weekend.

    I just got DCd from the game and can't get back in. The .exe launch doesn't help at all, the problem for me is logging in, whether it's in the launcher or the game client.

    I got online when I got home. Logged into game couldnt do anything and got booted off. Now cant log in. Work around doesn't work for me either.

    Italy 6:10 am neverwinter does not work, does not start with ARC does not start with Neverwinter.exe
