Blessed Resilence (and possibly also) Blessed Advantage incur my character with...

in Bug Reports (PC)
an unpleasant piercing audio tone akin to being stunned and place a daze-like swirling visual around my character's head. I'm able to continue using powers unhindered but how can a blessing cause these effects? Bug or design? (Affects my Warlock, idk if applies to other classes also.)

    I have seen this as well....and for a long time thought it was my system, no one else seemed to be getting it, or to have noticed. Most prominent for myself is the audio mess it creates for the duration, indeed sounding as if just dazed...piercing tone followed by muted audio.

    It has been reported before and one time acknowledged by Nitocris but no follow up.

    YOU guys using DSP? or Radeon Rx580 or later Radeon card? ya ya ya ...i know 2170 NV looks sweet...but i have noticed the "swirling Halo effect" on Hunter and Cleric. I had an issue with the sound as well... a while ago so i turned off DSP . Was causing a crash. I'll put that back on...hopefully they fixed the digital signal processing..

    Issue was escalated when initially brought to our attention and is being investigated. There is no updated ETA on a fix currently.
