Epic Adventuring Quest Bug

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
Speak to Lord Neverember not registering even tho the rest of the quest shows completed. Have abandoned quest 5 times already have pictures if needed.

    Have had this happen on my alt as well. Think it's happening because we start the quest having already earned seals required later for the quest causing it to bug.

    This is happening to my Hunter on PC. I submitted a bug in game as well as through support website.

    I have this issue on one of my characters. Have tried abandoning quest. Unable to progress as Lord Neverember has no dialog option. Also unable to open River District, Barovia and Chult campaigns.
    Support ticket logged but only advice given was to log bug report in forums and ticket was closed.
