Anniversary and Heart of Fire Enchant

Hello to the Devs. The Anniversary enchant and the Heart of Fire Enchantment are bound to account and bound to character yet after all enchants were raised to level 15 cap these are stuck and cant be leveled to 15. Please fix this so we can level the enchantments. Thanks.

    I would consider making an R15 that is not bound. This way you can trade or sell them later. Any resource you put into the HoF or Anniversary enchant gets locked up in them forever.

    I second this request.
    They are bound, so unlocking 15 on them will only help the market (Zen sales and AH refining purchases).

    As for the comment about them being useless b/c bound?
    Not at all. The anniversay, at least is a radiant.
    When was the last time a max rank radiant was useless?

    Well, I didn't say the enchant was useless. Just it may be better investment to build a new R15 over upgrading a bound one, if resources are available.

    My Anniversary enchant is an Azure. Useless banked fodder now.

    the anniversary radiant enchantment and the heart of fire enchantment don't need bound status changed, only need the locked rank removed and allow it to be raised to rank 15 by player that's all. @mimicking#6533 @nitocris83 any chance to make this possible?

    I would agree completely though: Remove the max level on these and allow them to be upgraded. At the same time, please do the same for Loamweave and Brilliant Energy enchantment as well. I understand those two aren't intended to compete with other weapon and armor enchants, but given there's been TWO level cap increases since they were implemented, it seems entirely reasonable to give them the ability to be upgraded.
