  I just noticed this as well, and it is a fairly large nerf

  Yes - Seethe has had a major nerf. Seems like the blocking conversion has had a buff (which is pretty useless as a DPS tho)

  I noticed after the May 9 patch that my unfeated Seethe only lasts ~2 seconds which is about half as long prior to the patch. It seems to only generate half of the vengeance it used to which is below 50%. Prior to the Patch holding down tab through a full stamina bar Seethe would be ~4 seconds and generate about 65% Seethe (outside of being hit). I didn't see in the notes where Seethe was expected to be altered. This remains consistent with today's patch. It also does seem to be depleting faster.

  Wasn't in the notes and changes a lot of our builds and play style. Need to adjust for more Vengeance management because I'm not interested in squatting on the ground every few seconds to try and keep Vengeance above 50%.

  And here I thought it was just my perception that it had been "adjusted". Glad it wasn't just me noticing.

  Confirming that this is a bug, not intentional. Internal fix is in, just waiting to hear when it's going live.

  Seethe is fixed with the patch, please give whomever fixed it a Thank You. I know there is much more work to be done but this was a big deal to Dreadnoughts and glad it was fixed quickly.
