Nostura Weekly Ritual bugged

The weekly ritual of Nosturan in River District is heavily bugged. The stags used to ride the initial track are super slow.
Step 1: Go to River District and get the quest "Defeating Nostura"
Step 2: Enter Nostura's demiplane through the portal
Step 3: Attempt to ride a stag across the track
Expected result: The track is possible to complete
Observed result: The stag used as mount moves at extremely slow speed (less than running speed)

My stag was stuck on the floor and I have lost my stone.
Content and Environment
Cloaked Ascendancy
Gyrion's Tower: Players no longer take falling damage when jumping between platforms.
Nostura's Fey Castle: The stag is no longer stagnant; it now staggers forward and takes the player to the next stage.
