I totally hate your UNDERMOUNTAIN. First off you create a new system and change everything our points boons etc. and you have no GUIDE to brush up with?? WTH Some of us would appreciate some insight on how the darn new system has changed and how to recover a once strong Guardian Fighter that is killed at every turn. It's ok to change but at lease have a lengthy enough guide to explain changes and what to do class by class. pet by pet. You will be loosing many a player from your ignorance of not putting up any appropriate guides. and I don't bean the one paragraphs you now have

I sat around with a group of friends and it turned out we all played Neverwinter. The one thing we agreed with is that we were no longer having fun playing it. Updating a character is now work and spending months rearranging gear because what you have configured no longer works the same way is also work. Who wants to log into a game in order to work?
A guidebook is something that should needs built quickly, possibly with a reset. After all, why quest to earn diamonds to earn a rebuild from finding out you were better off before? Again, that is work.
I'm utterly baffled as to the level of disconnect here. I get that the Devs don't really play this game and there's a...disconnect...between them and the players that could be charitably measured in lightyears. But this? Even the bean-counters calling the shots seem to have no idea just how badly they've screwed up the economy of their game. This is like....this is almost an Aliens: Colonial Marines level of screw up. I would almost be willing to bet money that in 20 years time, NWO may be used as an example of how not to structure the economy of a Free to Play game and a cautionary tale of what happens when no one bothers to actually pay attention to their player base or otherwise has zero understanding of how their game actually works.
