the dungeon key for master of the hunt that you can obtain in sharandar is no longer able to open treashure chest after finisihing master of the hunt dungeon

    Bramble Chest is eating Mystic Dragon keys and paying out like Tuern.

    Thanks for writing back to us!

    I'm sorry about the delay in receiving a response from us due to the number of tickets that are coming into our system. I have inquired about this issue to one of our Game Leads and they have informed me that if the chest is requiring the said key instead of the Bramble key, then it is what the skirmish dungeon key needs. Unfortunately, we do not have any control with the requirements that the dungeon chests requires as it is beyond our scope of abilities.

    I know that this is not what you want to hear from us but we can only apologize for this matter and we ask for your kind understanding on this. We'll let the community know if an update regarding this issue has been implemented.     HI again Mavis,
    i was able to run the Master of the Hunt today. i placed my legendary dragon keys in the bank as instructed. in the attached screenshots.you can see 2 bramble keys in my inventory and the message i received when i hovered over the reward chest. i hope this information helps and if there is anything else you need from me, please let me know.

    Hi Mavis, thanks for getting back to me. to date i have run Master of the Hunt on 3 seperate days each time it automatically chooses the legendary dragon key over the bramble keys (i currently have 2). during this time i have also run prophecy of madness and throne of the dwarven gods which take the lesser demonic key. in both of these situations the game correctly identified the lesser demonic as the proper key even though there were legendary dragon keys in my inventory. i will try a run with the legendary keys in the bank and report back the results. again, thank you for your time. i realize that with the mod 16 update you all must be inundated. keep up the good work.

    Thanks for contacting player support!

    This ticket has been created from your live chat session. I understand that whenever you do the Master of the Hunt skirmish, it uses your legendary keys instead.

    For this issue, there should be a window that would prompt you to pick which of the keys do you plan to use. Is it automatically using your zen purchased keys? Have you also tried to re-launch the client again? Kindly try and temporarily put the keys on your personal bank first and do the skirmish again if ever. If the issue still persists, please let us know.

    Your response is from Customer Service, who do not control what content is or how it works. They'd be able to help you by replacing your Zen keys if your Zen keys were being eaten instead of the right keys, but the issue is that the "right" keys right now are Mystic Dragon keys.

    This is something that Development will have to fix. Customer Service can't make changes like that.

    so customer service isn't communicating with the developers? wonder how many other issues aren't getting reported

    great so once again something got messed up and no one knows whats wrong and if/when its gona be fixed i thought they tested everthing on the test server so what the hell is so dam diverent on the live server (exept player count) that it will mess up this dam mutch o wel just have to ride out the storm and hope the deff team can atleast fix some of the problems the key's biegn only a minor one

    Your assumption is that the things that were found wrong on the test server were fixed. Many things went unfixed. Many, many, many things.

    They are literally a completely different department *at a completely different company*.

    Customer Service are with Perfect World, the company that owns the forums and Arc and who you pay money to to get Zen. Development (and Community Management) are employees of Cryptic, the company that makes the game.

    Think of it like going to a movie theatre. The theatre is Cineplex or whoever, and they take your money and give you seats and snacks and if something goes wrong with the picture or there's jerks yelling in your theatre, they fix that and maybe give you your money back. That's Perfect World.

    Meanwhile, Cryptic is *making the movie*. Cryptic makes it, PWE sells you tickets to see it in their theatre. The theatre staff can do a lot to make your movie experience better, but if you go to them and say "there's 5 minutes of Star Trek spliced into the middle of Shazam", all they can do is look, check that that's really the correct print that arrived, and say "that's a problem with the movie, and we can't fix that directly because we SHOW the movies, we don't MAKE the movies".

    Which they did, for you.

    They can inform Cryptic of the problem, and they do, and also we've told Cryptic about the problem, but *customer service cannot fix development issues*. Only Development can fix development issues, and they've received this report, and presumably it's in the pipeline to be fixed. Where? Probably somewhere below the current-content bugs and the game-breaking bugs. When will they get to that? Good question, maybe they've already gotten to it and the fix will come this week. Maybe next week. Maybe in a month.
