Can I get some developer help unsticking my character in retrieval operation ?

My other characters have no problem but I have one that is stuck and cannot advance. I sent in a help request ticket and they told me to post here in the forums.
I took him through retrieval operations and came back with the egg he wanted. Omin Dran just stands there with a grey question mark over his head and says "Yes, sir!" when I talk to him, that's it. I have no quest in my journal concerning this so I can't abandon it and try again. I've been stuck here for a month now and it would be really nice to be able to advance in the campaign. The only upside is I am accumulating a lot of acorns and wooden tokens waiting for this to be fixed.
The character in question is Bill Nye, and the account is Direshade67

You have to unlock a campfire respawn point near the giant, up top overlooking his forge area.
If you have noticed the columns that serve as a stairway down (you can see them if you are down in the forge) the campfire is in the area where those columns start.
At least that was my issue.
The game has nothing about needing to unlock the respawn but it has to be done to complete the mission.
