  Since yesterday, after emergency maintenance can't login in game (previously can login without problem). Always appears "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out".

  Admin,what happen to your server?Always appear "Unable to authenticate" ??

  I can't login this morning either, though it was working four hours ago. I have several characters needing 20 to 30 more tokens to get the mount which it now seems I won't be getting as I have real life to do before the maintenance starts.

  hi, why you have so many down time ?
  all your down time are when i have time to play (my evening)
  are player from one time zone are more impotent from play from other time zone ?
  are the dollar in my time zone are Worth less ?

  Normally only once a week. Some unusual problems lately are causing more down times.

  I assume you mean important. Normal downtime is Thursday 7AM U.S. Pacific timezone because that is where the people live and work.

  No but someone will always be inconvenienced because this game runs 24hrs. a day.

  seem that Centurylink has problems with internet all day, keep losing connection as well.

  I cant use my daily power keys 1 & 2. and when you use the shift key you get a pop up for streaming.
