    Mine says in RED Emergency maintenace until 11:40 PST (2:40 PM EST) but go ahead post about it, I am sure the moderators will close this thread soon. LOL Just be patient and go play outside!

    Not sure how a login server issue becomes a three hour maintenance, but okay....

    Maybe it's a DoS attack, who knows? I was okay until I tried changing my character and then I couldn't get back in no matter what I tried. I noticed from the chat that people had been having this problem previously and it seemed like pure luck that they managed to relog.

    Hmm... has this anything to do with the >4 gig patch they are rolling out on STO perhaps?

    I am getting the following error on logging in "Account TIcket Problem" and the launcher shows "Unable to Authenticate: Connection to the Account Server Timeout"

    Whats going on and why am I locked out of my account.

    Yes it is still happening. Server status shows Green but Authentication is failing. And I should note that I am on a Business Internet Connection at my residence with a guaranteed SLA, so I know it is not an issue on my end.

    I've never had the unable to authenticate problem until after today's emergency maintenance and now I can't get in the game.

    Still down in the PacNW. Green status, PLAY button shows, but "Unable to connect to account server" is in the message window.

    Same here. Got in once after the fix, started doing some inventory stuff on my mules and now cant get back in. Sigh, I hope its fixed soon.

    still having same problem, was able to log in, did 1 invoke and then got kicked. now having unable to authenticate error

    Worked for about 1 hr then stopped working again.
