    Well its both neverwinter and sto so i'm pretty sure the authentication server is down.

    Would be nice to extend the event if the server problem continues, especially after the issues with the previous event. Thanks for working hard to resolve the problem!

    Germany here and also constantly logging out (disconnect) whenever I switch characters. Takes 2-5 min, several long waits and attempted logins to switch from one character to another. Annyoing ...

    Just started playing today and was enjoying it until i could'nt log into my account right now and im trying to figure out what i could do to go into the game sadly - Malaysia

    Same. I logged on fine at 0330 this morning, came back a few hours later, and won't let me authenticate. 06-Feb-2019 Feed the hamsters, I have stuff to do. :pensive: Okay, part II: finally logged in with 3 toons, went to change to the 4th, kicked me to the logged out screen, now..I can't authenticate...again. Got better things to do, see ya'll later.

    Same issue here (Greece) +2 GMT. Morning was fine, around 15:00 till now, same issue. I think it is global.

    I tried:

    options - force verify - restart launcher and it started to patch. After patching yet it was unable to connect the server.

    So this must be server problem and not ISP problem.

    I get the same thing, however, the weird thing is a friend on the same isp is in and playing.
