Not really expecting much help on this since none of my other issues to this date have been resolved. I have two Tenebrous Enchantments.
- One is marked epic with the purple outline. It also has six points on the enchantment which indicates a rank 8 item, but it is marked as a rank 7 with a 32 point item level. When striking a foe you have 3% change to do 3% of your current hit points as necrotic damage.
- The other enchantment is blue with five points, indicating a rank 7 item, but it is marked as a rank 8 with an item level of 3. When striking a foe you have a 1% chance to deal 1% damage.
Why am I concerned? I'm not sure if leveling these items up will fix the issue, or if it will reduce the effect as with the reversed stats on them. Has anyone encountered this before? What was the solution? I have no idea where to submit a ticket if that will help since I couldn't find a category for this issue. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Basically you want to put on an enchantment that gives you a small chance (7% i believe at max rank) to do a small amount of damage based off your hit points. If you have 100k hp that means a 7% chance to do 7000 damage. Bump that to 14% chance if you have 2 maxed out.
The amount of damage might be even lower if you're not meeting the minimum arm pen cap in order to use these.
Also, thanks for that info FrozenFireVR. I'll do it that way.

This is the rank 8 one. With six points. I see that rank 7s are blue now and so are rand s that you craft from campaigns like Fey Blessing and Dragon Hoard enchantments. So the most important issue here are the % stats being off. This other one is the rank 7.
The blue r8 with 1%/1% will upgrade to a purple r9 with 2%/2% numbers.
