Which MW1 Armorsmithing quest?

Quest guy in the stronghold has two quests to open up Masterwork 1 Armorsmithing: Lathe Man Standing and, Hammertime. I assume this is because plate and mail smithing were combined. Do I have to do both of these to open up MW1 or can I do either, or do I have to do a specific one?

Do both if ya want both outfits after completing MW2, which they both look the same.
