Which MW1 Armorsmithing quest?

Quest guy in the stronghold has two quests to open up Masterwork 1 Armorsmithing: Lathe Man Standing and, Hammertime. I assume this is because plate and mail smithing were combined. Do I have to do both of these to open up MW1 or can I do either, or do I have to do a specific one?

You only have to do one of them to advance to the cool stuff.
Do both if ya want both outfits after completing MW2, which they both look the same.1 -
