Professions - Cannot Dismiss Adventurer

I have an Adventurer who I'd like to get rid of, but the game refuses to allow me to do so, no reason given.
I have 4 adventurers and thanks to the bug that prevents declining when you have max artisans I'd like to at least be able to drop my least useful adventurer so I can view potentially better artisans. This seems like a bug, but if it's intended, I'd like to know why. My other characters are not prevented from dismissing this same adventurer.

I have this issue too. Contacted GM and they said there is nothing they can do. My adventurer is greyed out. If you hover over her or the tools it says "Requires profession level: 1"

Hi @pesmergakuragari! Issue was escalated on Monday. Due to the Holidays, it is still under the investigation stage so there's no updates at this time.

Your lucky in a bad way. I have the dismiss problem too but its with three of my workers. 22% of my 14 workers are useless. Tried to get support and was told there was nothing they could do.

I'm having the identical issue with a Leatherworker, Bhatair Auchald. He seems to be frozen, along with an adamantine round knife.
